Moving launch is one of the changes we are making to ensure the best player experience possible.” The statement says that delaying Bloodlines 2’s launch “is not a decision taken lightly nor is it the first option we considered”, which does make me want to know: what was the first option they considered?...

On top of this, Vampire: The Masquerade - Coteries of New York is a visual novel too, so who even knows what assumptions people will play it under. I think it’ll be divisive precisely because of that, which is a shame, because I had a great time with it. Vampire Colon Cooties is not an RPG. That’s important. You’ll get decisions to make, and they’ll matter, but they won’t drastically change what you see and do....

Blizzard made that lofty claim in a press release posted earlier today, reporting that - based on internal records and those from “key distributors” - the afterlife-heavy Warcraft expansion is the fastest-selling game both in the company’s history and in PC gaming as a whole. It’s surprising, right? That even out of all the high-profile releases this year, a 16-year-old MMO would be the one to clear proverbial shelves the fastest....

There’s no mention of WB Games in AT&T’s announcement, but the company told IGN that part of Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment (WBIE) will be sold off, though it’s not clear which part. An AT&T representative also told Axios’s Sara Fischer: “Some of the gaming arm will stay with AT&T and some will go with the new company.” The 11 studios that make up WBIE are: Rocksteady, NetherRealm, Monolith, TT Games, Avalanche Software, WB Games Montréal, WB Games Boston, WB Games Los Angeles, WB Games San Francisco, WB Games San Diego, and WB Games New York....

MultiVersus is a 2v2 platform fighter with support for 1v1 and 4-player free-for-alls too. And yup, it looks like Smash. Characters confirmed so far are: Batman, Wonder Woman, and Harley Quinn from DC; Shaggy from Scooby-Doo; Bugs Bunny; Arya Stark from Game Of Thrones; Tom and Jerry; Jake and Finn from Adventure Time; Steven Universe’s title character and Garnet; and some sort of all-new beastie named Reindog. The rest of the lineup is yet unannounced....

Wartales, the next game from Northgard devs Shiro Games (which lands in early access soonish), didn’t get the memo. Just twenty minutes into this sombre, map-wandering mercenary adventure, I ran into a crew of the old growly-howlies, and got killed to pieces. My second run, at least, left me with one survivor. But they were soon ruined financially by the burden of treating their wounds and repairing their mangled armour, and eventually met their end in a muddy ditch, at the end of a bandit’s longsword....

Rest assured, this second episode isn’t just one big whine, though. We take a brief look at how Warzone could learn from Fortnite, a game which seemingly never stops changing. And there’s some talk of our two victories in a row; perhaps our greatest feat yet. Call Of Duty is filled with many interesting player names, and each week we place three under the miscroscope to dissect with our mouths....

Presumably a fair few of those will be Epixscloosies? A sale will start today too, with deals including 40% off Star Wars: Squadrons until February 25th. The Epic Games Store Spring Showcase is due to start at 7pm GMT (11:00am), with the possibly-not-accurate Twitch schedule saying it’ll run for 30 minutes. Not super long, but they sure could cram in a lot if the showcase is back-to-back blasts without inane chatter from unfunny hosts....

YouTuber “ChrisQuitsReality” has put together an impressive performance of bottle-tossing, plate-flipping, grenade-groping and chair-chucking, with the occasional use of Alyx’s gravity gloves for added flair. He is a juggling wizard, and you will appreciate him. Unless you really want to avoid mild environment spoilers. Without further ado: Glorious, isn’t he? He could have gotten away with some basic cascades, maybe lobbing a bottle or two at the Combine for good measure, but he gets so much more creative....

Where to find Petalcaps in New World Fronded Petalcaps have a few things going for them in the noticeability department. They are quite large, are a more luminous shade of green than most of the other plants around them, and overall look quite pleasingly like giant artichokes.
