Shadowlands might’ve only dropped last night. However, as spotted by Wowhead, EU-Al’akir player Monkeylool managed to race through levels 51-60 in three hours - not by questing efficiently through the game’s five new regions, but by manipulating the MMORPG’s group finder to utterly tear apart the expansion’s levelling curve. It’s conventional wisdom that running dungeons is a much faster way to grind levels in World Of Warcraft. For Monkeylool, that meant running the Necrotic Wake instance in Bastion over and over, getting through it at a brisk 5-6 minutes a pop....

Blizzard’s support article on multiboxing now reads: “Multiboxing, or playing multiple World of Warcraft accounts at once, is not a violation of our Terms of Use. Please note, however, that use of input broadcasting software may result in account penalties.” They’ve outlined those penalties in a new statement about the policy update. Blizzard say that they have examined the use of third-party software for broadcasting multiple inputs and determined that it has had an increasingly negative effect on the game....

Spotted by Twitter user Jake Lucky, Luality has configured her tablet in such a way that drawing a line straight up lets her slice her sword, while a line down morphs into a backward dodge roll. Writing C, meanwhile, calls magic horse Torrent, and a triangle lets her jump. Luality initially thought it wasn’t possible to double-jump, because drawing triangles takes too long, but managed it with a few quick strokes of the stylus....

“Our vision for New World is to create a game where PvP and PvE play styles will not just coexist but will complement each other,” they say. Get the AMD RX 6950 XT at Scan for £850 (was £1065) That’s significantly lower than the £1188 we saw the discounted RTX 3090 Ti at, yet the two cards are extremely close in terms of rasterised (ie non-RT) gaming performance.
