The gameplay trailer opens with a team of boats racing toward an oil rig. A missle is about to be set off, which is almost certainly bad news for you and your crew. The paid Steam release of Cookie Clicker is basically the same as the version you can still play for free in your browser, with a few perks. It’s very easy to pair with both your PC and Xbox console of choice, as it follows exactly the same method you use for pairing controllers. It took me just a couple of minutes to get up and running on either machine, and from there it was pretty plain sailing. Prior to launch, a Cyberpunk 2077 reviewer brought up seizure risks that occur during the braindance sequences in the game. CDPR added a warning to the game about the epilepsy triggers initially. Today’s update works to further solve the issue. They say that this hotfix “modified the flashing effect on braindances to reduce the risk of inducing epileptic symptoms. The effect has been smoothed out and the flashes reduced in frequency and magnitude....

The new trailer, “A Glimmer of Hope” definitely sets the mood. In usual Darkest Dungeon style, it’s grim and bloody. No time for heroes and all that. It doesn’t let on much, honestly, but it’s quite stylish as ever. Studio co-founder Chris Bourassa did mention that the trailer was created using in-game models—3D ones, unlike the first Darkest Dungeon. He says that the extra dimension “preserves the game’s signature art style/hand-drawn quality while allowing us to push animation and vfx” while adding that combat will remain similar to the original game....

Even better, Death Stranding runs like a dream on PC, as my early PC performance tests showed that even a lowly Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 can hit a smooth 60fps on max settings at 1920x1080 no problem.
